Eduardo C. Inacio

Eduardo Camilo Inacio received his BSc in Information Systems and his MSc in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Florianópolis, Brazil, in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He receives a Distinguished Undergraduate Award in 2013 and the Second Best Master Thesis in Computer Architecture and High Performance Computing Award at the XVII Symposium of High Performance Computing Systems (WSCAD-CTD) in 2016. He is currently a DSc student under the supervision of Professor Mario Antonio Ribeiro Dantas, PhD, and a member of the Distributed Systems Research Laboratory (LAPESD) since 2012. Before joining LAPESD, he worked at the Brazilian Telecommunications company for three years and at a software development company for three years. His research interests include parallel I/O, distributed and parallel storage, scientific computing and visualization, and performance characterization and modeling.
