Motivated professional with solid knowledge and more than ten years experience in the field of ICT systems and in the project management sphere. Ruth recently joined the Open University of Catalonia, where she works in projects related to the application of Data Analytics and Big Data technologies to the health sector. Ruth hold a European Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications and a M.Sc. degree in Technologies, Systems and Networks from the Universitat Politècnica de València, a M.Sc. degree in Business Intelligence and Big Data from the Open University of Catalonia and a Postgraduate in Economy of Telecommunications. Moreover, Ruth is mentoring students in the Business Intelligence and Big Data Programme at UOC.
